On the receive side, LAN-WDM signals are de-multiplexed and converted back to electrical CAUI. It supports distances up to 10 km over G.652 SMF, operates from a single +3.3 V power supply, and consumes < 12 W. MDIO provides module monitoring and management, including alarms and diagnostics.
