The Juniper Networks CFP-100G-LR4-JNPR Compatible is a hot-pluggable CFP form factor optical module designed for 100 Gigabit Ethernet applications. It converts 10×10.3 Gb/s CAUI electrical inputs into 4×25.78 Gb/s LAN-WDM optical channels, multiplexed into a single duplex LC interface. On the receive side, LAN-WDM signals are de-multiplexed and converted back to electrical CAUI. It supports distances up to 10 km over G.652 SMF, operates from a single +3.3 V power supply, and consumes < 12 W. MDIO provides module monitoring and management, including alarms and diagnostics.
