The 100Gbps CFP4 LR4 Optical Transceiver is a high-performance module designed for long-distance data communication over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 10 kilometers. It integrates a LAN WDM TOSA (Transmitter Optical Sub-Assembly) and ROSA (Receiver Optical Sub-Assembly) to multiplex and demultiplex four 25Gbps data lanes, achieving a total aggregate bandwidth of 100Gbps. This module adheres to IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4 and CFP MSA standards, making it suitable for applications in Ethernet switches, routers, and data center interconnects. It supports distances up to 10 km over G.652 SMF, operates from a single +3.3 V supply, and consumes less than 6 W.
