Product Specifications

The 400Gbps QSFP-DD DR4 Optical Transceiver is a high-performance module designed for short-range communication over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 500 meters. This transceiver operates on a PAM4 modulation scheme with an aggregate bit rate of 425Gbps, utilizing 8×53.125Gbps electrical lanes (400GAUI-8) and converting these into four 106.25Gbps optical channels for transmission. It features a 1310nm laser for data transmission and a PIN receiver for signal reception. Fully compliant with QSFP-DD MSA, IEEE 802.3bs standards, and EU Directive 2015/863/EU, this module is ideal for applications like 400GBASE-DR4 Ethernet and data center networking.

Operating on a single +3.3V power supply, the transceiver consumes a maximum power of 12W and is designed to function reliably within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The QSFP-DD form factor supports digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM) via an I2C interface, allowing real-time tracking of operational parameters such as temperature, voltage, and optical power. Equipped with an MPO optical interface, the transceiver delivers robust performance, making it a dependable and efficient choice for high-speed, short-distance optical communication in modern networking environments.

The CT-400G-QDD-DR4 is a QSFP-DD optical transceiver module optimized for 400G data center interconnects and cloud applications. It provides 400 Gb/s aggregate bandwidth using eight 53.125 Gb/s PAM4 electrical lanes (400GAUI-8) mapped into 4 optical channels at 1310 nm. The module supports transmission distances up to 500 m over SMF with MPO connector, operates on a single +3.3 V power supply, and consumes ≤ 12 W. Integrated digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) is accessible via I²C.
