The module operates with a single +3.3V power supply and consumes less than 1.5W. The module is available in ITU-T 100 GHz C-band channels (1528.77 nm to 1563.86 nm). It integrates a cooled DFB-EML laser, PIN photodiode, and DDMI for real-time monitoring of key operating parameters. Power dissipation is <1.5 W with a 3.3 V supply, and the commercial case operating range is 0 °C to +70 °C.
