The 155Mbps Bi-Directional SFP Optical Transceiver is designed for ultra-long-distance communication over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 160 kilometers. Featuring two configurations—1490nm DFB laser with a 1550nm PIN photodetector, or 1550nm DFB laser with a 1490nm PIN photodetector—the transceiver provides reliable performance for Ethernet, telecom, and Fiber Channel applications. It operates with a single +3.3V power supply and complies with industry standards, including IEC-60825 for laser safety and RoHS for environmental compliance. Its compact SFP package with LC connectors ensures seamless integration into networking systems.
The module offers a transmitter output power of 0dBm to +5dBm with an extinction ratio between 12dB and 18dB, while the receiver sensitivity reaches -36dBm. Additional features include Loss of Signal (LOS) detection and LVPECL-compatible data input/output interfaces. It operates efficiently across commercial (0°C to +70°C) and industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges, with low power dissipation of 1W.
