The 100Gbps QSFP28 SR4 Optical Transceiver is a high-performance module optimized for short-range optical communication over multimode fiber (MMF) with transmission distances up to 100 meters using OM4 fiber. This transceiver integrates four independent full-duplex channels, each capable of supporting data rates up to 25Gbps, achieving a total aggregate bandwidth of 100Gbps. The module operates on a single +3.3V power supply with a maximum power consumption of 3.5W and connects via an MTP/MPO optical connector, ensuring ease of integration. Compliant with QSFP28 MSA and IEEE 802.3bm 100GBASE-SR4 standards, it is ideal for applications such as data center interconnects, rack-to-rack connections, and high-speed networking environments.
The transceiver features advanced digital diagnostic monitoring through a 2-wire serial interface, enabling real-time tracking of critical parameters such as temperature, voltage, and optical power. Designed to function reliably within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, the module is environmentally friendly, meeting RoHS compliance standards. The CT-QSFP28-SR4 is a 100 Gb/s optical transceiver module compliant with IEEE 802.3bm 100GBASE-SR4 and QSFP28 MSA standards. It integrates 4 transmit and 4 receive channels, each operating at up to 25.78125 Gb/s, for an aggregate bandwidth of 100 Gb/s. Transmission is achieved over OM3 MMF up to 70 m or OM4 MMF up to 100 m via MPO/MTP connectors. Operating from a single +3.3 V supply, it consumes ≤ 3.5 W and supports digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM/DOM).
