The CT-SFP-BX-20U and CT-SFP-BX-20D are compact, high-performance bi-directional (BIDI) SFP optical transceivers designed for 1.25Gbps data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 20 kilometers. The modules utilize a 1310nm FP laser and a 1550nm PIN photodetector for CT-SFP-BX-20U and a 1550nm DFB laser with a 1310nm PIN photodetector for CT-SFP-BX-20D. These transceivers are housed in an SFP package with LC connectors, ensuring compatibility with Ethernet, Telecom, and Fiber Channel applications. The design adheres to the IEC-60825 laser safety standards and complies with RoHS requirements.
Key features include a single +3.3V power supply, LVPECL-compatible data interfaces, excellent ESD protection, and low electromagnetic interference (EMI).
