800G OSFP DR4 PAM4 1311nm 500m DOM MPO-12/APC SMF Optical Transceiver Module

The CT-8OSFP-DR4 800G OSFP transceiver provides a four-lane 800G DR4 optical interface. Each optical lane operates at 106.25GBd PAM4 around 1311nm, while the host interface uses four 212Gb/s PAM4 electrical lanes. The module supports up to 500m over single-mode fibre through an MPO-12/APC connector.

The right-side-heatsink OSFP module is compliant with OSFP MSA Rev 5.0, IEEE 802.3dj D2.0, CMIS 5.3 and RoHS requirements. It operates from 0°C to 70°C on a 3.3V supply and has a maximum power dissipation of 15W.
