Specifications
The CT-1.6T-DR8 1.6T OSFP transceiver uses eight optical lanes operating at 106.25GBd PAM4 and eight 212Gb/s PAM4 electrical lanes. The optical wavelength range is 1304.5nm to 1317.5nm, with a typical wavelength of 1311nm. Each transmit lane provides -3.3dBm to +4dBm average launch power, up to +4.2dBm OMA, at least 3.5dB extinction ratio and at least 30dB side-mode suppression ratio.
The module supports up to 500m over single-mode fibre using dual MPO-12/APC connectors. It is compliant with OSFP MSA Rev 5.0, IEEE 802.3dj D2.0, CMIS Rev 5.2 and RoHS requirements. The module operates from a 3.135V to 3.465V supply at a case temperature of 0°C to 70°C, with maximum power consumption of 23W.
