The 40Gbps QSFP+ LR4 Transceiver (CT-QSFP+LR4-10) is a high-performance optical module designed for long-distance communication over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 10 kilometers. Utilizing 4-channel CWDM technology, the transceiver multiplexes four 10Gbps input signals into a single 40Gbps optical output. It reverses this process at the receiver end, demultiplexing a 40Gbps optical signal back into four individual 10Gbps channels. The module operates at CWDM wavelengths of 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, and 1331nm and features a duplex LC connector for reliable connectivity. It is compliant with QSFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3ba standards, making it suitable for applications such as 40G Ethernet, Infiniband QDR, and data center interconnects.
Operating within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, the transceiver supports a single +3.3V power supply and consumes a maximum of 3.5W. Advanced digital diagnostics enable real-time monitoring of parameters like temperature, voltage, and optical power, ensuring optimal performance and simplified management. The module’s robust design includes ESD protection and RoHS compliance, emphasizing safety and environmental responsibility.
