The 40Gbps QSFP+ LR4 Transceiver (CT-QSFP+LR4-10) is a high-performance optical module designed for long-distance communication over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 10 kilometers. Utilizing 4-channel CWDM technology, the transceiver multiplexes four 10Gbps input signals into a single 40Gbps optical output. It reverses this process at the receiver end, demultiplexing a 40Gbps optical signal back into four individual 10Gbps channels. The module operates at CWDM wavelengths of 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, and 1331nm and features a duplex LC connector for reliable connectivity. It is compliant with QSFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3ba standards, making it suitable for applications such as 40G Ethernet, Infiniband QDR, and data center interconnects.
Operating within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, the transceiver supports a single +3.3V power supply and consumes a maximum of 3.5W.
