The CT-MSFP-BX-20U and CT-MSFP-BX-20D are cost-effective hot-pluggable SFP modules for 155 Mb/s bidirectional links up to 20 km on 9/125 μm SMF. Using 1310 nm (U) or 1550 nm (D) FP transmitters with complementary PIN photodiode receivers, they deliver reliable optical connectivity for short-to-medium reach deployments. Operating from a single +3.3 V supply with <1 W maximum power dissipation, the modules support LVPECL-compatible electrical interfaces, EEPROM digital diagnostics, and robust EMI/ESD protection. Fully compliant with IEC-60825 Class 1 laser safety and RoHS standards, they are available in both commercial and industrial temperature grades.
