The 400G QSFP DD FR4 is a high-performance QSFP-DD transceiver designed for 400GBASE-FR4 applications, supporting data rates up to 400Gbps. It features an 8×53.125Gbps electrical interface (400GAUI-8) using PAM4 modulation and can transmit over single-mode fiber (SMF) for distances up to 2km. The module incorporates a CWDM4 (1271/1291/1311/1331nm) EML laser and PIN receiver, housed in a QSFP-DD MSA package with a duplex LC connector. It operates at a case temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, with a power consumption of 12W. The transceiver complies with IEEE 802.3cu, QSFP-DD MSA hardware standards, and EU Directive 2015/863/EU for RoHS compliance.
Ideal for 400G Ethernet and data center or cloud applications, the CT-400G-QDD-FR4 provides integrated digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM) via an I2C interface. It ensures reliable optical performance, including a wavelength range of 1264.5nm to 1337.5nm across four lanes, high extinction ratios, and low optical modulation amplitude (OMA) dispersion. Designed for robustness and scalability, it meets demanding operational and environmental conditions, making it a critical component for high-speed, high-capacity optical networks.
