CT-SFP+T-30

The 10Gbps Copper SFP+ Transceiver (CT-SFP+T-30) is designed to support 10GBASE-T, 5GBASE-T, 2.5GBASE-T, and 1000BASE-T standards over Cat 6A and Cat 5E cables. With a reach of up to 30 meters for 10GBASE-T, 50 meters for 5GBASE-T and 2.5GBASE-T, and 100 meters for 1000BASE-T, this transceiver provides a flexible solution for high-speed Ethernet networks. It features a compact RJ-45 connector and operates on a single +3.3V power supply, with power dissipation under 3W, ensuring energy-efficient performance. Fully compliant with SFP MSA and IEEE 802.3 standards, this transceiver is hot-pluggable for easy installation and maintenance.

Operating within a temperature range of 0°C to +65°C, the module integrates advanced features such as link indication via the RX_LOS pin and PHY reset functionality through the TX_DISABLE pin. Its robust design includes enhanced EMI shielding, making it suitable for dense networking environments. The CT-SFP+T-30 transceiver is ideal for data centers, enterprise networks, and high-performance computing applications requiring reliable and efficient copper-based connectivity.

Carritech’s CT-SFP+T-30Copper Small Form Pluggable (SFP) transceivers are based on the SFP Multi Source Agreement (MSA) . They are compatible with the 10Gbase-T / 5Gbase-T / 2.5Gbase-T / 1000base-T standards as specified in IEEE Std 802.3 . SFP+-10GBASE-T uses the SFP’s RX_LOS pin for link indication. If pull up SFP’s TX_DISABLE pin,  PHY IC be reset.
