Il 1.25Gbps Bi-Directional SFP Optical Transceiver is a reliable module designed for short-distance communication over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 3 kilometers. This transceiver features two configurations: a 1310nm FP laser transmitter with a 1550nm PIN photodetector and a 1550nm FP laser transmitter with a 1310nm PIN photodetector. It operates with a single +3.3V power supply and is optimized for Ethernet, telecom, and Fiber Channel applications. Compliant with IEC-60825 laser safety standards and RoHS regulations, the module ensures safe and environmentally responsible use.

The transceiver provides a typical transmitter output power of -12dBm to -6dBm and supports a receiver sensitivity of -24dBm, ensuring robust signal transmission and reception. Advanced features such as Loss of Signal (LOS) detection and LVPECL-compatible data interfaces enhance its diagnostic and operational capabilities. With a compact SFP package and LC connector, the module operates reliably across commercial (0°C to +70°C) and industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges, making it a dependable choice for high-speed, short-distance optical communication systems.
