Il 10Gbps CWDM SFP+ Transceiver (CT-SFP+CWXX-80) is designed for long-distance optical communication over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 80 kilometers. Supporting data rates of up to 11.1Gbps, the module operates across CWDM wavelengths from 1470nm to 1610nm with 20nm channel spacing, ensuring versatile deployment in CWDM systems. It features a CWDM EML laser for stable and efficient signal transmission and an APD receiver for high-sensitivity reception, making it suitable for applications such as 10G Ethernet, 10GBASE-ZR/ZW, and telecom networks.

Operating with a single +3.3V power supply and consuming less than 1.5W, the transceiver ensures energy-efficient performance within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. Advanced digital diagnostic monitoring enables real-time monitoring of key operational parameters, such as temperature, voltage, and optical power, while compliance with SFF-8472 and SFP+ MSA standards ensures broad compatibility. Equipped with a duplex LC connector and a hot-pluggable form factor, the CT-SFP+CWXX-80 delivers robust and reliable performance for long-range, high-speed optical communication while adhering to RoHS standards for environmental compliance.

This CWDM SFP+ module supports up to 11.1 Gbps and complies with IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-ZR/ZW, SFF-8431, and SFF-8472 standards. It operates over 9/125 µm SMF up to 80 km, using a duplex LC connector. Available wavelengths cover the CWDM grid (1470, 1490, 1510, 1530, 1550, 1570, 1590, 1610 nm). The design integrates a cooled EML laser, APD receiver, and digital diagnostics monitoring via a 2-wire interface. Power dissipation is <1.5 W with a 3.3 V supply, and the case operating range is 0 °C to +70 °C.
