Featuring LAN WDM technology, it integrates TOSA (Transmit Optical Subassembly) and ROSA (Receive Optical Subassembly) for enhanced signal integrity. The transceiver is compliant with 40G Ethernet IEEE802.3ba standards, QDR/DDR InfiniBand data rates, and QSFP MSA specifications, making it suitable for metro networks, data center interconnects, and switch-to-router applications.
Operating on a single +3.3V power supply with a maximum power consumption of 5W, the module ensures energy efficiency and reliable performance in commercial environments, with an operating temperature range of 0Ā°C to 70Ā°C. It features a duplex LC connector for optical interfaces and a 38-pin electrical interface for integration with host systems. Advanced diagnostics, including digital monitoring of temperature, voltage, bias current, and optical power, are accessible via a 2-wire serial interface.
