With a hot-pluggable SFP+ form factor and compliance with SFF-8431, the cable is optimized for applications such as 10-Gigabit Ethernet, InfiniBand QDR/DDR/SDR, and 4G/8G Fiber Channel. The cable operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, with a low power consumption of 230mA per end. It offers a typical transmitter optical power of -6.5dBm to -1dBm, with an extinction ratio of 3.5dB for signal clarity.
