The 10/100/1000BASE-T Copper SFP Transceiver (CT-SFP-T-AS) is designed for reliable data communication over Cat 5 cables, supporting data rates of up to 1.25Gbps. It is compliant with IEEE 802.3 standards and supports 10/100/1000BASE-T operation through an SGMII interface, with auto-negotiation for 1000BASE-X compatibility. The transceiver operates on a single +3.3V power supply and consumes 1.05W of power, ensuring energy efficiency. Its compact RJ-45 connector assembly and hot-pluggable SFP footprint make it easy to deploy, while the all-metal enclosure minimizes EMI for enhanced performance.

This transceiver is available for commercial (0°C to +70°C), extended (-10°C to +80°C), and industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges, making it suitable for diverse environments. The design includes advanced diagnostics and I2C access for configuration and monitoring of PHY settings. Supporting transmission distances of up to 100 meters, the module is compliant with RoHS and lead-free regulations, making it an environmentally friendly choice for Ethernet applications in enterprise and industrial networks.

CT-SFP-T-AS,10/100/1000 BASE-T Copper Small Form Pluggable (SFP) transceivers are based on the SFP Multi Source Agreement (MSA) . They are compatible with the Gigabit Ethernet standards as specified in IEEE Std 802.3 .The 10/100/1000 BASE-T physical layer IC (PHY) can be accessed via I2C, allowing access to all PHY settings and features.

10/100/1000 BASE-T is compatible with 1000BASE-X auto-negotiation, but does not have a link indication feature (RX_LOS is internally grounded).
