These transceivers are housed in an SFP package with LC connectors, ensuring compatibility with Ethernet, Telecom, and Fiber Channel applications. The design adheres to the IEC-60825 laser safety standards and complies with RoHS requirements.
Key features include a single +3.3V power supply, LVPECL-compatible data interfaces, excellent ESD protection, and low electromagnetic interference (EMI). Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +85°C for industrial-grade and 0°C to +70°C for commercial-grade applications.
