They integrate 1310 nm (U) or 1550 nm (D) FP transmitters with complementary PIN photodiode receivers, making them a cost-effective solution for medium-reach optical networks. Operating on a single +3.3 V supply with <1 W power dissipation, these modules provide LVPECL-compatible electrical interfaces, excellent EMI/ESD resistance, and digital diagnostics via EEPROM.
